Job summary

Yuno Energy is seeking a Business Process & Improvement Analyst in a hybrid role based in Sandyford, Dublin 18. You will map end-to-end billing, collections and payments processes, and own a quarterly improvement roadmap with the development team to increase automation and reduce manual work.

You will build a centralised MI reporting view and ensure data quality, while gathering business requirements across IT, Operations and Finance to drive compliant solutions and sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business analysis, process improvement or reporting role.
• Experience within utilities, financial services or regulated high-volume environments preferred.
• Strong data-driven decision making and requirement gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end current working practices across billing, exceptions, collections and payments.
• Design and maintain a centralised MI reporting view using Power BI and SQL.
• Gather, validate and document business requirements for Billing & Collections changes.
