Citi Dublin is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst to join a hybrid role focusing on corporate actions and position processing. You will assess events, reconcile data, and liaise with various teams to ensure accurate postings and client communications.

The candidate should have relevant asset servicing experience, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a hybrid work arrangement and competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in asset servicing or related financial services roles.
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments is preferred (equity, fixed income, asset-backed).
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word and Access are desirable.

Responsibilities

• This role will manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications, notifications and postings for Corporate Action events.
• Review all Corporate Action events to determine processing requirements.
• Liaise with units and departments relating to Corporate Action items.
• Proactively reconcile instructions vs eligible holders and execute client votes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies within department standards.
• Review and update processes and procedures timely and accurately.
• Escalate issues to management and participate in testing and implementations.
