Responsibilities

• This role will manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events.
• Revise communications, notifications and postings for Corporate Action events.
• Review all Corporate Action events to determine processing requirements.
• Liaise with units and departments relating to Corporate Action items.
• Proactively reconcile instructions vs eligible holders and execute client votes.
• Research and resolve discrepancies within department standards.
• Review and update processes and procedures timely and accurately.
• Escalate issues to management and participate in testing and implementations.
