Job summary

Grant Thornton Corporate Finance Ltd is seeking an Associate Director to lead the strategy, governance and delivery of the Internal AI Product Team within Technology Consulting. The role drives internal AI-enabled products, accelerators and workflow tools aligned to the Data & AI offering.

You will oversee the product portfolio, prioritise investment and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Data Science, AI, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in data/AI, product management or technology consulting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and cloud/data tooling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the internal AI product strategy aligned with leadership priorities.
• Translate vision into a prioritised product roadmap with clear milestones.
• Provide governance across the product portfolio and manage adoption.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including AI engineering and data science.
• Engage senior stakeholders to shape demand and ensure alignment.
• Identify opportunities to create reusable IP and accelerators.
