Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an experienced professional to lead fund reporting engagements for asset management clients, delivering high-quality financial reporting, risk management, and client relationship leadership.

You will drive AI-enabled reporting initiatives across jurisdictions, mentor managers and shape delivery across multiple concurrent projects with a focus on governance, compliance and value creation.

Qualifications

ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified or equivalent IFAC qualification.
8+ years of investment fund financial reporting experience with team leadership.
Deep technical expertise in fund reporting under US GAAP, IFRS and Lux GAAP.
Strong Excel and communication skills; proven client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead fund reporting engagements and manage multiple client projects.
Review financial statements, disclosures and reporting packs for accuracy.
Provide leadership on complex accounting and regulatory matters across jurisdictions.
Develop senior client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Drive AI-enabled financial reporting initiatives and monitor risks.
Mentor managers and contribute to workforce planning and performance.
