Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director to lead the strategy, governance and delivery of its Internal AI Product Team within Technology Consulting. You will shape a clear internal AI product vision, translate senior management priorities into a pragmatic product roadmap, and ensure delivery of internal AI-enabled products, accelerators and workflow tools aligned to Grant Thornton’s Data & AI offering.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Data Science, AI, CS or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, AI, product management, technology consulting or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Platform, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the internal AI product strategy aligned with senior management priorities.
• Translate leadership vision into a prioritized product roadmap with milestones and success criteria.
• Provide oversight across the product portfolio including governance, release planning and adoption.
