Job summary

Force Recruitment and Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the finance team in Dublin. The role offers hybrid working and flexible hours, with ownership of a key area within accounts receivable.

You will manage customer accounts, follow up on payments, and support month-end activities while collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve controls. A portfolio of debtor accounts and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or similar finance role.
• Organised, detail-oriented and confident communicating with customers about payments and balances.
• Experience managing a debtor ledger and owning a portfolio of accounts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and aged receivables.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain debtor records.
• Allocate customer payments and support reconciliations.
• Handle customer billing and payment queries.
• Work with internal teams to resolve invoice/account discrepancies.
• Support month-end activities and reporting.
• Monitor payment terms and credit limits.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
