ATC, part of Arvato, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join the finance team in a hybrid role in Ireland. The successful candidate will manage invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting to support cash flow and financial health.

Qualifications

• MIATI membership with two years of practical accounting experience.
• Strong IT skills including Office 365 and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices on time and follow up as needed.
• Monitor receivables to ensure payments are collected per terms.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Track overdue balances and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare reports on outstanding receivables and assist with month/year-end close.
