Maxi Zoo Ireland, part of the Fressnapf Group, is seeking an Accounts Administrator to support the finance team. This role reports to the Head of Finance and will be based at our HQ, with hybrid working after onboarding.

You will manage supplier invoices, maintain vendor profiles in our accounting system, and act as the primary contact for vendors. Proficiency in SAP and Excel is valued, as is strong communication and attention to detail.

Formación

• Experience managing shared email inboxes and digital filing systems.
• Downloading invoices from online portals.
• Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Inbox Management: gatekeeper for finance team inbox and triage inquiries.
• Invoice Organization: log, sort, and archive supplier invoices; match to PO/delivery notes.
• Vendor Account Management: maintain vendor profiles and check for missing invoices.
• Vendor Relationship Management: liaise with suppliers on payment timing, billing issues and credits.
• Relationship Management: correspond with store network for outstanding information.
