Job summary

Maxi Zoo Ireland, part of the Fressnapf Group, is seeking an Accounts Administrator for a Specified Purpose Contract. You will support the finance team, manage supplier invoices, and serve as the main contact for vendors. Hybrid working will follow onboarding, with on-site work required at least two days weekly, in Ballincollig, Cork.

The role focuses on managing inboxes, logging invoices, maintaining vendor data, and solving payment questions within a growing European pet retailer network.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing shared email inboxes and digital filing systems.
• Downloading invoices from online portals.
• Familiarity with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attention to Detail: A precise approach to data entry and matching to prevent financial discrepancies.
• Adaptability: Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision and integrate quickly into an existing team structure.

Responsibilities

• Inbox Management: Gatekeeper for the finance team's shared inbox and triage daily inquiries.
• Invoice Organization: Receive, sort, log, and archive supplier invoices, and prepare for payments.
• Vendor Account Management: Maintain up-to-date vendor profiles and checks for missing invoices.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Liaise for vendor finance queries and resolve payment timing issues.
• Relationship Management: Correspond with the store network to assist with queries and information.
