Job Description

This is a newly created senior management position at a pivotal stage in STDC's development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organisation's workforce, supporting and developing staff, promoting a positive work environment, strengthening organisational capacity and contributing to the delivery of employment and progression service programmes.
