Job summary

Lincoln Recruitment Specialists is seeking an HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in Clara (on-site). This is a permanent role requiring 2+ years’ HR administration experience and the ability to work across the full employee lifecycle.

You will support recruitment and onboarding, maintain confidential HR records, assist payroll, and handle time & attendance, leave, and welfare processes while ensuring compliance and strong communication at all times.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years HR administration experience
  • Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Experience with HRIS and Time & Attendance systems
  • Strong administration and document management skills
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding
  • Understanding payroll processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
  • MS Office proficiency, esp. Excel, Word, Outlook
  • 3rd-level qualification in HR/Business desirable; CIPD a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding from advertising to induction
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
  • Assist payroll administration including starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime and deductions
  • Manage time & attendance, absence and leave records
  • Coordinate occupational health and welfare return-to-work processes
  • Provide administrative support across employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Prepare and maintain contracts, letters and HR documentation
  • Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Produce HR reports and people metrics (headcount, turnover, absence)
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assist with HR audits, compliance and policy administration
  • Liaise with external providers and support general HR administration

Job description

We’re currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a busy HR team in a permanent, on-site role in Clara.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years’ HR administration experience who enjoys working across the full employee lifecycle and wants to develop their career within a professional and supportive HR environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, from advertising and candidate screening through to offers, contracts and induction
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
  • Supporting payroll administration, including starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime, bonuses and deductions
  • Managing time & attendance, absence and leave records
  • Coordinating occupational health appointments and supporting return-to-work and welfare processes
  • Providing administrative support across employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Preparing and maintaining contracts, letters, HR documentation and employee correspondence
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Producing HR reports and people metrics, including headcount, recruitment, turnover and absence data
  • Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Assisting with HR audits, compliance and policy administration
  • Liaising with external providers and supporting general HR administration
Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experience in an HR administration role
  • A good working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Experience working with HRIS and Time & Attendance systems
  • Strong administration and document management skills
  • Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding
  • An understanding of payroll processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • A relevant 3rd-level qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline is desirable
  • CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be an advantage
  • Experience within a manufacturing or regulated environment would be beneficial
