Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for Ireland. You will implement the QHSE strategy, maintain ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance, and lead risk management across the Ireland portfolio.

The role requires collaboration with account teams, training delivery, and maintaining up-to-date documentation. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee audits, and promote a strong safety culture while liaising with regulatory bodies and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing QHSE in facilities management or construction environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is essential.
• Strong ability to develop and communicate HSE policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement the QHSE strategy in line with CBRE and client policies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards across the business.
• Lead and mentor HSE risk management and training across Ireland.
• Prepare and present monthly HSE performance reports and insights.
