Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting an HSE Manager for Ireland to drive Quality, Health, Safety & Environment strategies and ensure business-wide adoption. The role covers implementing the HSE framework, audits, risk assessment, and training across in-country operations.

The candidate will lead by example to promote best practice in safety at work and maintain up-to-date documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Proven ability to interpret and implement HSE policies and standards.
• Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 or equivalent HSE management systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement the QHSE strategy for the EA UK & Ireland Business.
• Ensure compliance across EMEA with CBRE and client policies.
• Lead HSE risk assessment and management across Ireland portfolio.
• Coordinate audits and maintain documentation and training for HSE competence.
• Promote an embedded HSE culture and drive continuous improvement.
