Job summary

Ayrton Recruitment & Talent is partnering with a leading contractor to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Advisor for a flagship Modular Data Centre project in Ireland. You will work on site with the project team, report to the EHS Manager, and help drive best practice, risk reduction and environmental compliance across a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role.
• Experience in construction, industrial, pharmaceutical, mission-critical or data centre projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote best practice, identify and mitigate risk, monitor compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support site operations and ensure compliance with legislation, client standards and company management systems.
• Work closely with project management, supervisors, subcontractors and client representatives to maintain a safe working environment and drive delivery.
