Job summary

eir business talent is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex HR technology and transformation initiatives. The role requires 5 to 10 years of project and program management experience and a 6-month contract with a hybrid work model (onsite and remote).

The successful candidate will handle end-to-end program delivery, including planning, budgeting, governance, risk management, vendor coordination and executive reporting across HR, IT and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project and program management.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation strategies.
• Drive program governance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project management best practices.
• Lead and manage complex HR technology and transformation programs from initiation through delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular executive-level status reporting.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting and financial tracking.
• Support change management initiatives to drive successful user adoption.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships, deliverables and performance against agreed objectives.
