Job summary

Matrix Recruitment Group is looking for a part‑time HR professional to support strategic and hands‑on HR activities across organisational development, employee engagement, and people initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership and the HR Manager to implement initiatives that drive growth and strengthen talent pipelines.

The role emphasizes onboarding, leadership development, and effective employee relations, with a focus on data‑driven HR practices and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Experience delivering HR initiatives in a growing setting.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Participate in annual strategic planning to ensure HR priorities are met.
• Contribute to organizational development, leadership programs, succession planning, and talent management.
• Strengthen internal talent pipelines and support recruitment as needed.
• Develop and enhance onboarding and employee growth programmes.
• Provide HR training, coaching, and guidance for managers.
• Advise on employee relations and performance management.
• Manage grievance, disciplinary, and investigation processes.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and analyse HR data and trends.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practice.
• Handle recruitment and maintain accurate HR records.

Your New Job:

This part-time role reports directly to the HR Manager and works closely with senior leadership and management teams. You’ll provide both strategic and hands‑on HR support, shaping and rolling out people‑focused programsthat back the organisation’s continued growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with business goals
• Take part in annual strategic planning to ensure HR priorities are met
• Contribute to organisational development, leadership programs, succession planning, and talent management
• Strengthen internal talent pipelines while supporting recruitment as needed
• Develop and enhance onboarding and employee growth programmes
• Provide HR training, coaching, and guidance for managers
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and performance management
