Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, employeeengagementand team effectiveness.
Coach managers through complex people situations and organizational change
Support workforce planning, organizational transitions, and broader people initiatives
Build trusted relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business
Use people insights and data to support decision making andidentifytrends
Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently in line with employment legislation
Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a dynamic or evolving environment
Experience managing employee relations matters with professional and sound judgement
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities
Collaborative,pragmaticand solutions focused approach
An exceptional candidate has experience in HR, Employmentlawor related field.
Typically, 5-6 years of relevant professional experience in a business, operations, or functional support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to deliveraccurate, high-quality work.
