Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Graduate Operations Specialist to support the Manufacturing team. Based at the Ringaskiddy site, you will contribute to the production of knee and hip products under the DePuy Synthes integration plan.

Recent graduates and those finishing in 2027 are invited; you’ll develop GMP, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills in a structured graduate program.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Business Operations or similar operations, engineering or technology.
  • Recent graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations team in manufacturing of products to enhance safety, quality, service, growth and value.
  • Work as part of the Operations Team under guidance of a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager.
  • Participate in the DePuy Synthes Graduate program and support Knees, Hips and shoulder markets.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company,operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that,following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Job Purpose:

The mission of the Operations Graduate Specialist is to support the Operations team in the manufacturing of products to enhance the Safety, quality, service, growth and value for local & Global Orthopedics supply.

The main responsibility will be to work as part of the Operations Team under the guidance of a Team Lead/Value Stream Manager while participating in the DePuy Synthes the Graduate program.The role is based within the site Operations Team which serves the Knees, Hips and shoulder markets while supporting business growth, quality and projects.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Business Operations or similar operations, engineering or technology bachelors degree
  • Recent graduate ( 2026 or due to graduate in 2027 )

Desirable:

  • The ability to work well with a team & one on one team building
  • The ability to adapt to change and develop skills to meet these changes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€34,800.00 - €55,775.00
