DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a HR Business Partner, located in Ringaskiddy, Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to make a real impact in a business going through significant transformation and change. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will shape and support key people priorities, with a strong focus on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, coaching, and employee experience.

What you’ll do

Required

An exceptional candidate has experience in HR, Employment law or related field.
Typically, 5-6 years of relevant professional experience in a business, operations, or functional support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
