The role emphasizes customer service, time management and collaboration with colleagues to ensure high-quality HR operations and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• College or University degree and/or relevant work experience in human resources is preferred.
• Excellent customer service/client relationship skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
• Accuracy and high attention to detail.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to HR questions and counsels employees and managers on policies, data, systems, and processes.
• Provides proactive status updates to stakeholders and suggests process improvements.
• Processes HR service requests such as organization changes and data updates.
• Performs onboarding, offboarding, background screening and right-to-work checks.
• Ensures documentation is up-to-date and compliant with SLAs and policies.
• Acts as a training resource for other HR Service Analysts.
