Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the service delivery strategy and roadmap for HR operations technology.
• Lead governance, enhancements and demand management; manage intake, assessment and approvals.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to streamline processes and self-service.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.
• Partner with McKesson Technology, COEs, and stakeholders to advance objectives.
• Create business cases for technology investment and quantify value.
