Job summary

McKesson is seeking a strategic Lead Solution Architect Customer Intelligence to drive the architecture vision for enterprise customer experience, customer data, AI-enabled solutions, and cloud-native platforms.

This role provides architectural leadership across large-scale transformation programs, partnering with engineering, product, data, security, and business leaders to establish standards and modern roadmaps, enabling innovation through cloud, AI, automation, and composable architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technology leadership for large-scale platforms.
• Experience designing and delivering cloud-native solutions.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with microservices, API architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical decisions to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture strategy and target-state roadmaps for customer-facing platforms.
• Lead architecture design for CDP, customer engagement, analytics, and transactional data systems.
• Design scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure, microservices, APIs, containers, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish enterprise integration strategies leveraging APIs, middleware, messaging, and composable architectures.
• Drive AI, Generative AI, machine learning, and recommendation engines across customer experiences.
• Ensure architecture decisions meet security, compliance, resiliency, performance, and observability standards.
• Mentor architects and lead DevSecOps practices with CI/CD and IaC.
• Influence executives on technology strategy and innovation opportunities.
