Job summary

McKesson is seeking a strategic and technically accomplished Lead Solution Architect Customer Intelligence to drive the architecture vision for enterprise customer experience, customer data, digital engagement, AI-enabled solutions, and cloud-native platforms.

This role provides architectural leadership across large-scale transformation programs, helping shape future-state platforms that deliver personalized customer experiences, intelligent insights, scalable digital products, and business

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise or solution architecture for large-scale platforms.
Experience designing cloud-native architectures and CDP/customer analytics platforms.
Proven ability to communicate technical decisions to executives.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise architecture strategy and target-state roadmaps.
Lead architecture for CDP, customer engagement, analytics, and data systems.
Design cloud-native solutions using Azure, microservices, APIs, containers, Kubernetes, and event-driven patterns.
Establish integration strategies with APIs and messaging platforms.
Advance AI, ML, and personalization capabilities across customer experiences.
Ensure security, compliance, resiliency, performance, observability, and operations.
Mentor architects and collaborate with leadership on technology strategy and investments.
