Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience as a HR Partner or HR Generalist.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Contextualise and embed the people agenda with HR leaders and Centres of Excellence.
• Partner with managers to enable team and individual effectiveness.
• Manage escalated employee situations and provide feedback loops.
• Support cyclical HR processes through transformation.
• Act as an HR partner throughout the HR transformation program.
• Align HR practices with organisational objectives and culture.
• Coach leaders and employees as needed.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies.
• Communicate with HR and client groups to resolve matters.
• Oversee HR KPIs across groups.
