This dual function role requires strong leadership in Human Resources and oversight of operations, ensuring staff support and service quality. Ideal candidates will have a degree and at least 5 years in HR or operations, strong communication skills, and understanding of Irish employment laws. The position offers a competitive salary of €50,000 - €55,000, along with additional benefits including company car expenses and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and/or operations.
• Strong understanding of Irish employment law.
• Experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Oversee day to day service delivery with the client service manager.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA and HSE standards.
