Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a proactive Group HR Manager for a multi-site grocery retail group in Donegal/Inishowen. You will deliver a comprehensive HR service, lead recruitment, payroll administration and staff development, while ensuring legal compliance and a positive workplace culture across stores.

The role requires strong HR knowledge, experience in employee relations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR position.
• CIPD qualification desirable.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of business objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Previous retail, grocery or FMCG experience would be advantageous.

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment? We are seeking a proactive and people‑focused Group HR Manager to support a successful and growing grocery retail group. This is a varied and hands‑on role where you'll work closely with store owners and management teams to drive employee engagement, ensure legal compliance, lead recruitment activities and support the ongoing development of staff across multiple locations.

The Role
