Job summary

RBK Chartered Accountants is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our collaborative HR team. You will support the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, recruitment, employee relations, HR systems, policy development, onboarding and wellbeing initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years HR Generalist experience, strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation, and CIPD/HR qualifications, with HRIS experience and excellent communication skills.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our collaborative HR team and play a key role in delivering our People Strategy. Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, recruitment, employee relations, HR systems, policy development, onboarding, and wellbeing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a people-focused environment, building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements For The Role

• 3-5 years' HR Generalist experience ideally in a professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
• Experience across the employee lifecycle
• HRIS experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• CIPD / HR Qualification
