You will support the full employee lifecycle, drive performance management and recruitment, handle employee relations, and maintain HRIS and policies. Qualifications

• 35 years' HR Generalist experience ideally in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead performance management and recruitment processes.
• Manage employee relations and HR systems implementation.

For over 60 years RBK has provided a wide range of tax, audit and accounting services to domestic and overseas businesses in Ireland.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our collaborative HR team and play a key role in delivering our People Strategy. Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, recruitment, employee relations, HR systems, policy development, onboarding, and wellbeing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a people-focused environment, building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements for the role

35 years' HR Generalist experience ideally in a professional services environment Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation Experience across the employee lifecycle HRIS experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities CIPD / HR Qualification
