Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an HR professional to oversee recruitment and development across our hotels in Ireland. You will champion Training and Development initiatives to maximise staff potential and performance, while supporting HR administration and advisory needs for the hotel management team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in Recruitment and Selection.
• Ability to drive Training and Development and succession planning.
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and enhance recruitment and selection processes for the hotel staff.
• Champion Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance.
• Assist with HR Administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the hotel management team, providing strategic HR insights.
