Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated housekeeping supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at our Dublin-area properties. You will ensure high standards, coordinate with maintenance and safety protocols, and maintain pristine public areas.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to help in other departments if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team.
• Follow health and safety rules inside and outside the hotel.
• Keep all public areas of the hotel, like the conference room and leisure facilities, clean.
• Work with the Maintenance department to keep hotel standards high.
