Job summary

Dovida Ireland is seeking a hands-on HR Administrator/Generalist to support our care workforce across Ireland. The role covers caregiver recruitment, probation management, absence tracking, employee relations, compliance and training, plus maintaining accurate employee records.

You will collaborate with National office HR, local offices and senior managers to implement HR projects, policies and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience as HR Administrator / Generalist / Specialist / Coordinator.
• Understanding of HomeCare/Healthcare sector business in Ireland (Preferred).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Innovative and capable of implementing new initiatives.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Respects confidentiality where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: conduct second round face-to-face interviews with pre-screened candidates and onboard new hires.
• Employee Relations: be main contact for queries and manage exits, sickness and absences.
• Employee Retention: support engagement activities and manage appraisal processes.
• HR Administration: maintain employee files and ensure policy compliance.
