Job summary

Zurich Life Assurance Ltd is seeking an HR Business Consultant to join the HR Business Partnering team for a 12‑month fixed term. You will support the employee lifecycle, HR projects, and governance, delivering accurate HR reporting, dashboards and insights to enable decision‑making.

The role engages with HR Ops, business stakeholders and line managers across multiple life insurance functions. This role may be available part-time or full-time; talk to us at interview about your flexibility.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline is desirable.
• 3+ years’ experience in an HR role, HR coordination or HR Business Partnering support role.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle and HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partnering team with generalist HR activity across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate and deliver annual HR cycles, including performance reviews and engagement surveys.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, ensuring processes align with Zurich policies.
• Prepare HR documentation, trackers and analyses to support decision-making and governance.
• Maintain regular HR reports and people metrics such as headcount, attrition, absence and diversity.
