Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, is seeking an HR Advisor to join our manufacturing team. You will provide expert HR support, advise managers on employee relations, and help drive a positive workplace culture.

This full-time, permanent role focuses on recruitment onboarding, investigations, policy coaching, GDPR compliance, and engagement initiatives across our Irish operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation.
• Experience with employee relations and case management.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention activities
• Conduct investigations and support formal HR processes
• Coach managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation
• Monitor HR metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR and company policies
• Help deliver employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
