Job summary

Dublin Simon Community is seeking a Project Worker to build trusting relationships with clients and deliver individualized care plans. You will support progression to long-term accommodation, manage 8–20 clients, and work within a 37.5-hour week on a 7-day liability schedule.

The role reports to the Service Manager and requires a diploma-level qualification in psychology or related fields, with several years of experience in social care settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or similar qualification in psychology, social care or related field.
• Experience in social care settings, assessment and planned support.
• Knowledge of mental health, addictions, domestic violence and related issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address client needs using Holistic Needs Assessment Tool.
• Support clients to progress to longer-term accommodation.
• Manage a caseload of 8–20 clients with professional boundaries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet service targets.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records in PASS and HNAs.
