Generator Dublin is seeking an exceptional Housekeeping and Quality Manager to join our team. You’ll oversee housekeeping operations, drive cleanliness standards, and ensure guest satisfaction across hotel, guest rooms, and public areas.

You are a proactive leader with strong admin and communication skills, able to motivate a diverse team, manage shifts, and uphold safety compliance while delivering memorable experiences at Europe’s fastest moving lifestyle brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping manager in overseeing the team and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and other assigned areas.
• Monitor supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance, ensuring sufficient room stock is available to meet business demands.
• Ensure housekeeping practices and standards are adhered to.
• Provide direction to team to meet guest needs quickly and effectively.
• Handle required administrative functions as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Inspire and motivate team to create an enjoyable, cohesive working environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance including COSHH.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• Assist the Housekeeping manager in overseeing the team and ensuringcleanliness and sanitation of the hotel, guest rooms, public areas, laundry,and other assigned areas
• Monitor the supervision of effective bedroom cleaning, servicing and maintenance,ensuring sufficient room stock is available to meet business demands
• To ensure that the Hotels housekeeping practice and standards areadhered to
• Have a good understanding of our guests needs and give your teammembers direction to fulfil these needs in a fast and effective way
• Complete any required administrative functions as instructed by theHousekeeping Manager
• Display a passionate, fun and enthusiastic approach to work in order toinspire and motivate the members of the team, creating an enjoyable, cohesiveand supportive working environment to work within
• Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety compliance inclusive ofCOSHH
