Job summary

Staycity Group in Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to support our hospitality properties with planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring guest areas and apartments are always in top condition. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to uphold high standards across our Dublin locations.

Join us to perform safety checks, asset care, stock control, and adherence to local health and safety regulations, delivering reliable service across our Staycity portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience in maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and health regulations is preferred but not essential.
• Hospitality/property environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planned maintenance checks with the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform reactive maintenance and ensure areas are in good working order.
• Carry out daily/weekly safety checks and report hazards promptly.
• Assist with stock and equipment management for the department.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental measures.
• Report any hazards and contribute to property safety improvements.

We would love you to have:

• Previous relevant experience and some knowledge of country/property specific maintenance, safety, and health regulations in a similar environment or property/hotel is preferred but not essential

What you can do for us:

• Work with our Maintenance Manager in supporting planned maintenance checks and take a hands-on approach to reactive maintenance.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly safety checks as well as ensuring everything is in working order in the apartments and public areas,
• Take part in preventive and curative maintenance of the premises and equipment while promoting and contributing to setting up internal measures for the protection of the environment
• Assist with managing stocks, equipment and supplies for the department
• Ensure compliance with current safety procedures, and control the condition of the building, technical equipment and all safety and alarm systems in the property
• Ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and reduced immediately
