The Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking a dedicated Store Person to join our team. You will support deliveries, stock control and ensure HACCP compliance, while maintaining a clean and safe storage environment for dry goods and beverages.

Ideal candidates will be attentive, reliable and able to work in a team to support kitchen and events with timely stock issuance and temperature checks on deliveries.

Responsabilidades

• Assist purchasing manager with recording of deliveries.
• Assist in monthly stock takes when required.
• Re-crate empty bottles and store recyclable materials; follow safety notices.
• Wash out bottle skips; maintain a clean environment.
• Provide food lists to Kitchen and Still Room.
• Issue dry goods to Kitchen and Still Room.
• Handle empty kegs from cold room and record on chart (Sat/Sun).
• Sweep tunnels and corridors in basement when required.
• Mop white corridor when required.
• Check in foods stocks according to HACCP; probe foods to verify temperature.
