The Grand Hotel Malahide is seeking Experienced Food & Beverage Assistants for Breakfast Service. You will join a busy F&B team across Bar, Restaurant and Lounge to ensure hospitality meets our high standards.

We welcome energetic, customer-focused individuals with flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends. Enjoy meals on duty, staff parking, and development opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Full flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in Food & Beverage is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• To assist in Food & Beverage Service to the Hotel standard
• To deliver an exceptional guest experience
• To ensure that all opening and closing procedures are conducted in line with SOPs
• To be responsible for the appearance and tidiness of the Service Areas
• To ensure that all preparation is completed in advance of Service times
• To communicate Hotel and Group services to guests

The Grand Hotel Malahide is looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our busy Food & Beverage team across our Bar, Restaurant, and Lounge.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have full flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

About the Role:
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service throughout our hotel. You’ll assist with food and drink service in our bars, restaurants, and banqueting suites, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hospitality.

• To assist in for Food & Beverage Service to the Hotel standard
