The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a renowned hospitality venue based in The Burren.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, and strong team performance.

You will lead and motivate the front‑of‑house team while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will bring strong wine knowledge, leadership experience, and a passion for hospitality to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

This role would suit an experienced Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to progress their career within a high‑quality hospitality environment.

The Duties
