Job summary

McGettigan's Hotel in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, is seeking a Hotel Receptionist for full-time and part-time shifts. On-site role with responsibilities including guest check-in/check-out, guest queries, and upselling hotel facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Front Office Manager and the team with the smooth running of the reception
• Work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative
• Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest check-in and check-out
• Deal with and resolve guest queries
• Handle cash efficiently and balance cash
• Provide high level customer service face to face and over the phone
• Upsell the hotels facilities
