Talbot Hotel Cork, part of the Talbot Collection is recruiting for a Commercial Sales & E-Commerce Executive to join our team. This full-time, on-site role supports the hotel's commercial performance through sales administration, website and e-commerce management, social media activity, digital campaigns and Meetings & Events coordination.

The role helps convert enquiries into confirmed business, strengthens direct revenue and delivers a seamless customer booking journey.

Formación

• Experience in hotel sales, sales administration, reservations, e-commerce, digital marketing or Meetings & Events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and relationship-management skills, with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, databases/CRM and digital platforms; knowledge of website content, booking engines, social media scheduling, analytics and email marketing is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain CRM, sales databases and enquiry tracker; log enquiries, outcomes and follow-ups, prepare quotations and contracts.
• Produce weekly/monthly sales, enquiry, conversion and pipeline reports; maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR.
• Support Meetings & Events with enquiry qualification, tailored proposals, quotations, contracts, confirmations, function details and event documentation.
• Assist with digital campaigns, email marketing and cross-department collaboration to drive bookings and revenue.
• Ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines and contribute to opportunities for upgrades and add-ons.
