Job summary

Cabra Castle Hotel in Ireland is recruiting an Accommodation/Laundry Assistant to ensure the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas to a high standard. The role also covers laundering hotel linen and supporting laundry operations.

We seek applicants with a strong work ethic, good English communication, and full-time availability including weekends. A reliable means of transport and the right to work in Ireland are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a hotel team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• To service the Section allocated to you each day to the appropriate standard;
• To carry out any additional duties notified to you by management concerning accommodation services and general cleaning projects.
• To hand in all lost property at the end of the day and to notify management immediately of any theft from rooms.
• To communicate our services and facilities to guests with discretion and with respect to guests' privacy while resident in the hotel.
• To communicate our services and facilities to guests as required
