Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional hospitality service for meetings, events and fine dining functions.
  • Prepare, set up, serve and clear hospitality events, including lunches, dinners, receptions and refreshments.
  • Ensure all food safety, HACCP, allergen and health & safety standards are maintained.
  • Manage stock, equipment and service areas, ensuring they are clean, organised and fully stocked.
  • Support room bookings, administration tasks and customer enquiries as required. Maintain accurate records, complete cleaning schedules and assist with stock takes.
  • Handle customer requests professionally and resolve issues where possible.
  • Support waste reduction, recycling and sustainability initiatives.
  • Work flexibly across hospitality, restaurant and event operations as business needs require.
