Job summary

Dean Group is seeking a Store Person for The Dean Docklands in Dublin. The role involves receiving, checking, storing, and distributing goods across hotel departments, maintaining HACCP standards, and ensuring stock is rotated and logged correctly.

You will work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, and events teams to support smooth hotel operations. Responsibilities include goods receiving, logging with KitchTech, FIFO stock rotation, and assisting with stock counts.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores, logistics or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety practices (training can be provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to support wider operational needs when required.

Responsibilities

• Goods Receiving & Distribution: receive and check deliveries for food, beverage, and housekeeping; log via HACCP protocols.
• Stock Rotation & Inventory Control: ensure FIFO; manage weekly or monthly stocktakes; alert management to shortages or surpluses.
