Dean Group, a Dublin-based hospitality group, is seeking a Store Person for The Dean Docklands. You will manage goods receiving, storage, and distribution to hotel departments, ensuring HACCP compliance and stock integrity across the venues.

The role requires organised, detail-oriented teamwork with the ability to work independently. Previous hospitality stores experience is an advantage, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores/logistics or hospitality is advantageous.
• Understanding of HACCP and food-safety practices (training can be provided).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries for multiple departments.
• Log and rotate stock in compliance with HACCP.
• Maintain tidy storage areas and ensure access is safe and clear.
• Support kitchen and events teams with stock setups.
• Collaborate with operations to distribute stock efficiently.
