Job summary

It is an on-site position within a hospitality setting. You will collaborate with team members to produce collateral, manage calendars, and help analyze campaign performance using basic tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva/Adobe Suite or CMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the strategic marketing plan under the Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate and schedule content across social media in line with brand voice.
• Monitor engagement and respond to online inquiries professionally.
• Support development and maintenance of marketing calendars, timelines and trackers.
• Assist in planning photo/video shoots, logistics, vendor communication, and onsite support.
• Draft briefs, storyboards, and visual content guidelines.
• Produce marketing collateral and digital assets.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Create and distribute monthly e-zines and newsletters.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, media contacts, image banks, and assets.
• Support website content updates including offers and blog posts.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
