Bon Secours Health System Ireland is seeking a Catering Assistant to provide patient meal service and restaurant dining support within a hospital setting, ensuring food safety and a courteous service experience.

You will follow HACCP procedures, assist with stock and ward dietary needs, act as cashier at the restaurant, and maintain cleanliness and safety in line with hospital policy.

Competenze

• Experience with HACCP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with ward staff and dietitians.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.

Mansioni

• Serve patient meals to patients and restaurant customers.
• Monitor fridge and hot/cold temperatures and report issues to Supervisor.
• Assist in weekly stock ordering and stock rotation.
• Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness and order.
• Act as cashier in the restaurant.
• Participate in required training including manual handling and fire safety.
