Bluebird Care Dublin Northeast is hiring Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) on permanent, full-time contracts to provide in-home care across Coolock, Artane, Beaumont, Clarehall, Raheny, Donnycarney and Donaghmede. Join a compassionate team delivering personalised support in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Very good spoken and written English.
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare required or willingness to complete 2 modules.
• Own vehicle and full driving licence preferable

Responsabilités

• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
• Preparing meals and supporting with feeding if required
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting medication prompts/reminders
• Carrying out light household duties (tidying, laundry, etc.)
• Promoting client independence and dignity at all times
• Reporting concerns or changes in health to the office promptly
• Accurately recording visit notes and care updates
