Comfort Homecare, established in 2021, is seeking a Home Care Supervisor to lead and develop our care staff in the Offaly region, delivering compassionate, high-quality homecare so clients remain independent at home. You will report to the Home Care Manager, coordinate scheduling, support recruitment, and maintain client records on our IT system while upholding safety standards.

We offer 40 hours per week, rotational weekends, enhanced holiday rates, a company fuel card, and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Relevant health or social care background.
• QQI Level 6 Major Award in Healthcare Support or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Availability for a 5-out-of-7-day weekly schedule.
• Strong organisational capabilities and time management.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate community-based care and schedule staff according to plan.
• Perform client assessments and maintain care records on the IT system.
• Support Home Care Manager with recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver emergency care coverage and respond to new care packages.
• Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare practitioners.
